"Little Bro"

This is a portrait of my little brother, Zack. The project was foreshortening - the visual effect or optical illusion that an object or distance is shorter than it actually is because it is angled toward the viewer. In my picture he is laying down on a bed with his head buried in arms. I would like it much more if i would have started it in charcoal rather than graphite because it doesn't look right with the two mediums blending together.
